Travel Fund
Please be advised, that although the POP WARNER LITTLE SCHOLARS program has many rewards for success, some additional costs can sometimes be incurred. For example, when our tackle teams and/or cheer squads advance beyond state playoffs to the regionals, travel expenses may be generated, and sometimes depending on our destination, food and lodging. You will be responsible for these additional costs.If we are fortunate enough to advance beyond regionals, our destination will be Florida for the final rounds of the playoffs and the National Championship. If this occurs, you will need to be ready for travel and lodging expenses, as well as food, transportation and any additional “activities” that you and your family members may want to participate in while in the sunshine state.We have created a travel fund but, it could never cover the expenses of an entire squad and it’s coaching staff, therefore extra fundraising efforts are required. It will be your responsibility, as a parent to prepare for such an occurrence, and be ready to help, with additional fund raising as the season progresses. The more money we raise, the more we can help each family with expenses.When a team reaches the nationals, we have only one to two weeks before the travel money is due, so time is at a premium. Whatever we do to raise extra funds will first be applied the players & coaches. Any additional family members will be your responsibility.
Refunds
The Horsham Hawks recognize that unforeseen circumstances arise. For that reason, we provide the opportunity that should you need to withdrawal your child from the program, you may get reimbursed for your registration fees subject to the following schedule. Unfortunately, if you purchased the football jersey or cheerleading shirt for your child, we will not be able to reimburse you for those costs as the shirts are ordered immediately after registration. You will, however, receive the shirt when it comes in.

Fundraising
The Horsham Hawks and Pop Warner football programs throughout the country operate as not-for-profit organizations and rely on gifts and donations. The Horsham Hawks have always required participant families too commit to a minimum fund raising amount. This year the $80 per player fund raising fee ($150 per maximum per family) will be collected during registration. You have the option to sell raffle tickets to cover the fundraising fees as well as registration fees.Click the Fundraising link on the left side of the page for more information on fundraising.
Sponsorships
Team Sponsorship is a great way to support the Hawks. Ask your business if they would consider sponsoring one of our football or cheerleading squads. Team sponsorships for 2006 begin at $300.
